Hmm.. so here’s the thing I don’t think you’re quite understanding. You’re accusing him of getting under your skin all the time, but how is he to know you feel that way? What if he is just an annoying guy? You should try looking at the situation from those perspectives for once instead of telling yourself he does this all on purpose. I also don’t think it’s wise to correlate an annoying personality with trying to flirt with you while having a girlfriend, because that’s definitely a reach unless you secretly have developed a crush.

I’m not saying it for fact, none of us can say for sure what’s going on if there even is anything. I’m just saying this could be a possibility too, that he’s just an annoying guy or he doesn’t realize you’re bothered by his behavior. I’m also not assuming you have a crush on him, I’m just saying that would be the only good reason for you to make such a reach, aka acting like him “getting under your skin” is him flirting while he has a girlfriend. Unless that’s not your intention of course.
