Do guys put you into the friends with benefits category if he feels like you are below his league (he can do better)?

I try to only pursue relationships with men who I believe are in my league however, even these men don't want relationships with me.

I just think the dating pool sucks in general and progressively through the years it doesn’t get any better. Sure we could blame it on a guy’s perception of our value or looks, but there are literal models or high caliber women who are struggling to find love just as much as someone who isn’t even moderately attractive. People are afraid to commit or invest these days, especially if they’ve already gone through heartbreaks or disappointments then that will always be their excuse to act poorly.
