I’ve been talking to this guy online for over a year now. I really enjoyed our conversations and there was a really good spark on a s*xual level. He asked my name right away which I found a little odd, later I found out it was a fake one and I was clumsy and he found out I knew.

Conversation remained for the most part the same for many many months but then suddenly he stopped engaging in anything beyond platonic. I asked why and he said since things weren’t anonymous he felt uncomfortable even though he still thought I was really hot and liked being my friend.

Why would he wait so long to say this to me? I understand him not trusting me, but I’m a little confused by the timing. And then he keeps being so vague like “I might not respond much to those kinds of comments” and then after that whole conversation he went on my NSFW blog and liked some of my spicy posts… why all the mixed messages?

It seems like he’s playing games and making up a lot of excuses for being evasive. He may be doing the same thing with other women, and keeping you around for fun.

Yeah this is one of my theories for sure. It’s just weird that he won’t ever fully friendzone me. It’s like halfway and I hate that. Makes it hard to let go.
