I have been having a casual ‘situation’ with a guy who is in a relationship. Not great but it works as I don’t want any type of commitment and he’s not able to so it’s purely sex.. although we chat everyday and he calls me throughout the day and every evening on his way home. He is the one that has initiated the extent of our talking and I’ll admit I enjoy it, we have the same humour but I don’t know where his heads at - he will get annoyed if I make jokes about us not talking (as in ‘you don’t have to call me everyday’) but I know if I asked him where he’s at he would be insistent that he’s just using me for sex and has no feelings

Sounds like he’s just interested in the sex. Maybe he does like you some but not enough that he’d leave his wife for you. He may be joking about you two not talking on a risky basis cause to him if you start to pull away it means he won’t get what he’s getting from you physically. Could also just be saying that to bitter you up to make you stick around. It’s making you think there’s more to it like he actually has feelings for you which plays on your emotions to keep you around. You know a lot of men tend to say things women want to hear so we can get what we want.

Without sounding unkind; I wasn’t asking for an opinion on whether our arrangement was right or wrong - more advice as to his possible feelings - also HE is the one that’s meant to have a commitment to his relationship, if he hasn’t then that’s his issue not mine.

It's disgusting to me that women like you believe they are not the problem. That's only true when they don't know the man they are fucking is already in a committed relationship with another woman. But you do, and that makes you exactly equal to him in terms of guilt. The term homewrecker exists for a reason. I hope another woman does the same thing to you someday.
