Why didn’t he sue me after I told him to go through with it?

He gave me a warning about suing me for defamation of character and other things out of sadness and anger. I wanted him to do it tbh knowing that I could get a record and my life be over.. I told him I couldn’t get my life together and I just wanted him to punish me

Because he found out how much it actually costs to retain a lawyer versus how much he would actually get from suing you and decided he doesn't have time for this nonsense

I’m not a psychopath I just got my emotions involved too quickly and didn’t process them healthily. I just got stuck and I can see how that behavior is troubling and seen as psychotic but I did get help for it and I am on the path to recovery. Plus I wouldn’t want someone to do that to me
