My brother in law is a weirdo, should I tell my husband?

I’ve been married for 2 years and I have a great relationship with my husband. We are very attached & I can’t imagine a day without him. We used to be toxic & we both matured nicely & I neverrr argue with him & i try to avoid problems at all costs. He is very jealous as well and i do everything to assure and comfort him because i love him & can’t afford losing him. His brother however has been giving me a headache he has been very creepy and off he was insinuating that he likes me & thinks i am attractive. I always acted normal & brushed it all off and simply said “thanks” however he recently put his hands on me. I was in the kitchen during a family gathering and he came from behind me and touched my waist with both hands i immediately pushed him away and told him to not get close to me unless if he wants me to inform his brother… this is a ridiculous situation & I don't know what to do & I don’t want my husband to know cause im worried it will ruin our relationship or he’ll side with his brother instead of me… tips?

You could always make sure you 2 are alone in the same room whilst recording it to have evidence
