I’m confused why my boyfriend reacts negatively when I bring up my period?

Some guys are grossed out by periods, because they're immature.

Periods are something that every woman deals with on a regular basis, so if a guy can't handle that, then he's not ready for a real relationship. If he "doesn't want to hear about" a period, just imagine how he'd react to you getting sick, or changing a dirty diaper.

Would he hold your hair out of the way if you got sick, and had to throw up? If you had kids, and they got injured, would he clean up the blood? Would he run screaming from the house before he wiped an infant's ass?

If he is grossed out by a period, then he probably isn't going to handle life in a relationship. He needs to grow up a little more.
