Does my crush like me even though we've not really talked?

Ok, so I like this guy, but I've only ever talked with him (really) once... and it was only to ask him a question to win an argument with a friend.
I've liked him for around 3 to 4 years, and didn't start seeing the signs until this year... I was hanging out at a camp with some friends and at every meal he and his friends would wait until we were done and starting to leave to get up to do the same. I constantly see him glancing or staring at me and don't know what to think. Any hints or tips from guys out there?

Look, you should be honest with him because 3-4 years is a long time to go liking someone and chances are. You’re not the only woman into him…. And with time people can move on.

Be honest. Be direct…. Guys who are attractive get hit on a lot. A lot of times subtly and many times overtly. A lot of women really put themselves out waiting on a man like that to approach them. I think, chances are, if you catch him looking at you often, He's feeling some physical attraction to you. But there is got to be a reason why He's not approaching you.
