It seems men can't stand that they are being taken advantage of or used in any way. Even if they are children. I told a guy an older woman sleeping with a underaged student is taking advantage of him and he went apeshit at me and got defensive.

I presume it is due to the fact that the "strong" gender does not have the capacity to realize that they have been fooled by either gender but more by the females.
Recognizing that fact would imply that they are fallible because it would mean that they are not any better than others, mainly in view of the macho culture that is gospel to a lot of men and that makes them believe they are superior and immune to being used by others, but mainly by the opposite gender.
Nobody likes to be used but being a male, that would be indicative that they can be weak and that is a no-go in the male mentality.
But why do they project this onto male children? It's predatory
Still nowadays, male children are conditioned to be strong, not to show emotions and not to cry. Society and parental education has not evolved much since the 19th. and 20th. century beliefs.
I wonder why? Maybe he was in that situation himself? It's statutory rape if a young man is in a sexual situation just as it is with a young woman. Doesn't matter if the 15 year old male OR female wanted to have sex with the 28 or 38 year old adult. The power dynamic is woefully unequal. That is the definition of taking advantage or being used.

It's because they are prejudiced with gender, they think women can't take advantage or use men, and they don't care about the man or boy in the situation. It's all just sexism.

it's still anecdotal. what i'm trying to say is: i don't think that this is the "normal" reaction. like i would either thank you for the information if i wasn't aware. or maybe i was aware and consenting, then i'd just say "yeah i know". i don't see why i'd be defensive about it. i mean maybe i'd think you're full of shit or it's none of your business. either thing wouldn't warrant me getting crazy defensive.
