I recently started a new job and I noticed that most of the guys would not make eye contact with me. A couple of them visibly became more comfortable engaging with me after a while but this one 21 year old looks right through me or acts as if I’m not there when we cross paths. No negative experience has taken place. It comes off as weird. Not sure what it means. I’m curious so I need some insight lol

A lot of these responses made me laugh. I never made any assumptions lol I’m not there to chat either. Just a behavior I noticed and was curious about. Thank you to those who aren’t throwing negative energy around.

He may be avoiding your eyes however I also may be lOOking at something else.
He could just be shy or socially awkward, especially if he's not very comfortable around new people. Some guys genuinely don't know how to act around women at work, so they avoid eye contact rather than risk an awkward interaction. He could also simply be someone who keeps to himself.
I wouldn't automatically assume he dislikes you or that there's some hidden attraction. If he acts like you aren't there, I'd just give him the same energy. Be polite when necessary and carry on with your day. Not every strange behaviour needs to be figured out. 😂
Some people aren't comfortable with eye contact. I tend to have more eye contact with someone I know, whereas coworkers vary.
Probably values the job more than you having some vagina. I'm guessing you're in a culture where the one with the vagina can end a career. Thus you get someone that treats you as a dangerous being that he simply has to deal with.
It's hard to say. He could like you and be shy, or maybe he just doesn't want to give you the wrong idea. Personally, I zone out all the time, so I try and place my eyes and direction towards something neutral.
He is probably focused on his work, like you should be.
Some people come to work for earning money not to chat.
So, not negative and guy does his job instead of making small chat. Uh, called a job.
He may simply be shy, especially with women.
He doesn't want to be friends. He's there to get paid.
He doesn't want to look at your boobs?
He isn’t getting paid to look at you
He is there to work. It's not a social club.
