What kind of girls do preppy guys like?

So there's this guy, he's 20, I'm 17, we've been good friends or 4 years now. A few years go we both were into each other but we never got together. Anyways he's rich, he dresses very prep, he's successful, and he's very arrogant (which I don't mind: others do but not so much me). Well we both had a long term relationship with other people but now we're both single again and we chat constantly (we can't really see each other too much: he's a college junior and teaches, I'm high school student who teaches private lessons. We hang out once or twice a week when we make plans) and I've completely fallen for him again. And I don't know if he has too (hes pretty reserved, hides his feelings, even to me though I'm one of the only people e's let close to him) but he's shown signs he does. I'm not sure. But if he hasn't, what can I do to appeal to him more? What do preps look for in a girl?

First of all, there's no template for what "preps" look for in a girl. Every guy is going to be different. Since you've been good friends with him for 4 years you should know better than anyone what he likes/dislikes.

Second, changing yourself so someone will like you more never works. What most people eventually learn after a few relationships is that they need to be themselves and find someone that likes them for who they are.
