If a guy tells his sister about me, does that mean he likes me?

I've been talking to this guy for awhile now and we went home over break and when we were texting out of nowhere he said that his sister thinks I'm cool. So obviously he was telling her about me. Could that overall mean that he likes me and that he might ask me out or what?

Most likely it means he likes you because he was probably going to his sister to see what she thought of you
