So the guy I am seeing, invited me over to his house today, I said yes, but then started worrying that he might try it on with me, I freaked out and word vomited to him, telling him I was a virgin and that I didn't want to give him the wrong impression, because I am not that kind of girl blah blah, he said it didn't change things, but I kind of rambled and now he won't talk to me!

I really want to go over to his to spend some time with him, I've tried texting him and apologizing but he won't reply, I've messed up and I don't know what to do!

Yeah been there and done that. That guy probably wanted to get into your pant, but virgins aren't exactly the easiest targets for guys like that for 2 main reasons.

1st: Takes longer for them to "put-out"

2nd: They tend to get attached to the guy who took their virginity.

also, they aren't experienced and the he would pretty much have to do all the work. So he went off and found himself a girl who is contrary to you in those ways. Good for you though, that is awesome that you stick to your guns, I hope that you wait for the "right" guy, most guys know that virginity is a big deal for most girls (espically if they have waited.) So there is a chance he isn't an entire a**hole and seriously just didn't want to hurt you. he is a young guy and they are horn dogs, you can't blame them, it isn't their fault. In a way, it was right for him to walk away and understand that you aren't the girl to mess with. Don't take it personally, in his own way, he was doing you a favor, even if it hurts. Most girls only find out a guys intentions AFTER they had sex :)

Double standard response! If this question was asked in reverse your reply would probably be different. A guy not preferring virgins can be for the same reasons a girl not preferring virgins. Same with non-virgins.

My opinion is that you might have to chalk this one up to experience.. And just try to have other relationships with other guys. He might see something in you that makes you attractive to him ... or not ..If getting in the pants of a young woman is that important to him, maybe it is better forgetting about him... Besides STD's are no fun and can make you sterile.. some of them ... There are a lot of them.. Some will kill ya or make your whole life miserable, and not be able to have children.. Check with your local health department to see if I am telling you the truth.

Some guys will end relationships if there is no possibility of sex in the near future. I shouldn't have to tell you that you are better off without him if he is one of these guys.
