you talk about people judging you but refer to people as 'skinny bitches' yes losing weight is hard and awkward but there are a lot of options that can be done in private or with a fitness coach one on one. it sounds like your translating your own insecurities onto people around you, expecting them to view you a certain way. most people don't actually care one way or the other and if they do tend to be glad to see someone trying to help themselves and being less of a burden on society

and refering to yourself in a derogatory term doesn't make it any less offensive if you use it to describe a stranger

and again with language that can easily be read as insulting. please take the time to consider what your writing from someone else's perspective
not like its a big deal for me in real life sense i don't curse in front of people i just think it and i dont talk to people either
Exercise Is a wonderful delight that people are privileged to get to participate in considering some people are severely crippled to a point they cannot even move. Exercise sets off amazing adrenaline hormones that makes you feel soo good when done properly.
in my opinion, exercise is a true gift especially when it's doing something you love like dancing just look at positives.
no adrenaline is getting in a pen with wolf's that's fun exercise is not im ok with doing the Zumba thing when it's winter
If you're healthy and happy with the way you are then it's cool but seems like you're avoiding exercise because of what people think, that's where you got it all wrong.
You shouldn't go out of your way to avoid/please other people for the fear of being judged, just get on a healthy diet and work out for 30 minutes a day that's all, do it everyday if you want to lose weight but if you don't just eat healthy so you don't get diseases.
Look everyone who's fit started off somewhere. Most people don't actually judge you or make fun of you... if they do who cares! You're trying to change. If you don't like Zumba or running fine! Find something that works for you. In no way am I trying to be rude but you're never going to get into shape if worry about what other people think.
Exercise is useless without proper diet. What you eat controls your psyche.
One of the more important nutrients is iron. Iron deficiency very often affects women and especially vegetarians. It also lowers your "ability" to exercise. In other words, it's a reason you made this topic.
What you probably didn't know is that you don't have to exercise out of your mind to burn off the excess fat.
i don't have problems with doing exercises at home... wait, that's the reason why i never leave my home and you should do it too, you see, i am ugly, and people used to make fun of me all the time, everywhere... every-where. since i was very young. like 5,6.. and still now, loneliness is my salvation
i dont leave the house i break under the presser i damn near took a finger off making a salad because someone was watching what i was doing. i fully intended to live far away from people my whole life
same here, but you need to do a lot more effort and be ambitious, be optimistic and don't give up, i know it's hard for run, and my feet get tired and i feel like i can't, and i need to get faster in order to sweat... but i can't be seen fat, i have to go to school and stuff, people will laugh at me a lot more, and the ugliness... it's just a horrible curse. it hurts.
Move to the south then. There are other fat people like you who are working out as well. If moving is not for you, then I say don't care about what others think, facts are- they're probably not even thinking about you.
emotinal eating is a real thing. happened to my mother as well. you are not a fattie nor anything bad. just a person that needs support. dont might people's judgments. own your fat, and its in your hands to change your destiny.

Sure those makes sense. Maybe you should speak to someone who was in the same position as you and don't let these things bother them.. eventually join a program that is for bigger people, if you can find that... that way you won't be the only one
the sweat , im actually in a pretty great shape and can do crossfit pretty easy , but the sweat I hate so much , I have to shower after , and if I dont and decide to sleep well guess what , acne..
i can't stand sticky and sweat gives me a sticky feeling its like hell i dont have a acne prob though
yeah you have to shower after , and use up water everytime your done working out , I sweat a lot tho I do like 5 sets of 20 push ups , and like a lot of jogging and just once im covered in sweet i feel like god dam it , like someone spit on me type of mad
you should really run or walk they say jogging is the worst movement on your joints
I don't like exercising as much either I always break out when I workout because the sweat clogs my pores and I also feel gross people trying to talk to you at the gym while working out is also the worse I look awful and I'm out of breath my goal isn't to make friends I also feel dumb when I'm doing certain work outs wrong
As a fat person, I'd still say that the number one reason is a lack of motivation, all of the rest are just excuses.

I understand that, but if its not going to happen, then your problem will never be fixed and it goes further than just losing weight but also an internal problem of self confidence. you need to find your inner strength
like i said its not going to happen which is why i fully intend to live alone in the middle of nowhere so I don't have to deal with people

Find a form of exercise that is right for you. Then maybe you will have a change in heart.
i do have things i love to do but i can't do them because no one will play with me i love volleyball and tennis but they are at least 2 people games
Europeans in general have bad genetics for fitness
I'm Eurasian & Im always stuffing myself with trashy foods & I'm sitting at 8-9% body fat naturally... I workout here & there but not to the extent of these insecure gym rats

Most people who complain about exercise tend to be white... I know its not all of them but the majority of them are the complainers
