Why I Hate Exercising and Sports

In this My Take I'm writing about why I dislikes it in generally speaking and how it was in school.

1. Uninteresting

Why I Hates Exercising and Sports

It's boring. How some people can find art, math etc. boring I finds exercising boring.

2. High Sensitive

Why I Hate Exercising and Sports

I'm a high sensitive person on smells and sounds. I can't take it if someone smells sweats, bad perfume or something else that's exercise related smell. It just makes me feel nauseous and wanting to throw up. I also gets headaches. If you're shouting or throwing balls in a gymnasium the sound is loud and annoying.

3. Being the slowest and weakest

Why I Hate Exercising and Sports

I've always been the slowest and weakest person in the P.E classes in school. I couldn't use the same weights as everyone else and even pupils who was more than three years younger than me was physically stronger. It was also embarrassing being a slim person who was slower than the overweight one. Especially since people had stereotypes about the slim one being athletic and the overweight one a sofa cough, but in reality it was sometimes the opposite.

4. Thoughts about what I wanted to do instead

Why I Hate Exercising and Sports

It was other things I rather wanted to spend my time on like art, relaxing, computer time, history classes and a lot of other things that I enjoyed. It have always been a demotivating for me to think over how short life is and the fact that I'm using my time on doing something I hates.

Although I dislikes math when I went to school and found it boring sometimes I would at least need it later in life I thought at that time. Same applies to some topics in science class how to be healthy so you knows what's happening when you're taking your own choices. Exercise however although it's necessary was something I thought was something that should be optional like how school didn't choose what pupils eats and you can't force everybody to be healthy. If a pupil eats a lot of junk food at home it's either their own or their parents' business, not school. Some pupils even eats unhealthy stuffs in school time during the lunch break. So why not the same principle when it came to P.E classes? Their choice.

5. Discomfort

Why I Hate Exercising and Sports

It's very much discomfort when exercising. It's much of sweat that stinks and a lot of pain. Pain and very much pressure in the muscles during the exercise because it require a lot of effort and sometimes it lasted a couple of days. It's more last longing than some of the other things I'm not a big fan of.

When I went to school and had math I was finished with it after that day and there wasn't any discomfort afterward like in exercising where you could have pain up to three days after the day. Since P.E classes are something schools have usually once time a week it was a repeating cycle.

6. Sport and it's challenges

Why I Hate Exercising and Sports

In many sports they uses a ball and that's not fun if you've ball phobia like me. Yes, it's possible to have it like how it's possible to fear spiders, height, small rooms etc. Another reason I don't like sports (and that includes these one which don't have balls in it too) is that I finds it both uninteresting and there's a lot of talented people out there who learns a lot faster. It's not a confident booster or fun to play with people who have bodies build for things like that by nature. It makes me look silly.
