I am someone who has issues with my sleep. I am constantly trying to find new ways to really "sleep" but so far nothing really works like i wish tbh. There's a lot of things going through my mind that kinda mess up with my sleep.

So here's how it feels like:
1. I always "wake up" feeling restless

Yea...waking up feeling tired af all day and being like a zombie

2. Can't really stay focused

...as a result i often be confused like : "uh wtf , wait what?''

3. I end up taking some plant based sleeping pills

Honestly, even these doesn't work..am kinda desperate about the situation-_-
