Twenty five grams of protein is needed during the morning walk if you do cycling, jogging etc. or do any other exercise.

Iron, manganese, calcium, potassium, sodium, zinc, ascorbic acid, copper, thiamin, riboflavin, carotene, nisin, folic acid etc. are also required.

Apart from this, carbohydrates, fibers and water are also required. So make it a habit to eat high quality protein and salad fruits daily.

But if someone works all day or exercises a lot, then he should eat something every three hours and drink some liquid every hour.

About 13 grams of protein is found in two hard-boiled eggs.

Many people do not eat egg yolks at all. In fact, compared to the whole egg, only the white part contains very less vitamins, minerals, fat, fiber, etc. The calories are also very less. Only the white part is high in protein.

The yellow part of the egg i.e. egg yolk contains more vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and other necessary elements than the white part. Egg yolk contains vitamin A, B6, B12, vitamin D and K.

Whenever you eat boiled eggs, eat any fruit or salad. On these days, eating apple, potato and pear with egg is very beneficial. Apart from vitamin A, B complex, vitamin C, vitamin E, manganese, calcium, iron, zinc, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, etc., carbohydrates, water and both types of fibers are also found in these fruits.

Eating fruit with such eggs keeps blood sugar under control. All kinds of weakness are fine. Prevents back pain, laziness, muscle pain, back pain, leg and arm pain, hair loss, early breakage of nails, tooth decay, gum disease etc.

The substances in these fruits prevent blood sugar from rising suddenly. They also secrete a hormone called adiponectin, which helps in keeping the blood sugar level right. Eating eggs with such fruits also reduces bone loss with age. It also increases memory and also increases courage by removing laziness.
