I'm trying to tone up my upper body. I'm wondering what are some great upper body workouts? I want a challenge too.
if you have windows 8 or 8.1 you can download the runtastic pushups app for free its a great challenge and takes it slow at the beginning if you need to.. and builds up quickly... I just did 100 pushups yesterday and it wasn't TOO hard! :D
decline pushups work your back an biceps... so put your feet on about 3-4 steps high to start with aiming for 10-15 reps.. and gradually work your way up to handstand pushups)
do you have access to weights? or a bar (to do pull ups) or any fitness equipment...

Pushups ik everyone hates them lol but its a good exercise to work on those arms
