I love Tofu it is so good. I use Tofu in a lot of dishes. I eate quinoa and lots of beans and rice.. love humus tooo sooo good with pita chips. I do have meat substitutes sometimes, but too much of that processed food is not good for you.. love steel grained oats with blueberries and some nuts for breakfast. sauteed mushrooms are really good, especially when the morel mushrooms come out Pesto is so good too love basil bruschetta is yummy.

i try my best to eat my girlfriends vegetarian meals, but none of them fill me up or taste as good as meat. So i think vegetables and rice are the best
Spirulina, it gives awesome energy. I avoid anything made of soya because it raises bad oestrogens and it is deeply screwed by OGMs, at least up here in Canada. Fuck Mosanto...
I like south indian vegetarian restaurants but I don't know what the dishes are called so I picked A.
