What does it mean if my breasts are sore?

My period is suppose to come in 4 days and I noticed as soon as I woke up, I noticed my breasts felt really sore because I slept on my stomach. I usually get a lot of EWCM when I wake up in the morning but today, I got none. I am freaking out. EWCM stands for egg white cervical mucus. What could be wrong with me? Is my period still going to come on time if my breasts are sore and I have no EWCM today? I got EWCM from Sunday through Tuesday and it completely stopped today. I am still a virgin so I can't be pregnant. I am 18 years old. Is this abnormal or normal for this to be happening?

it's normal for girls who have had some sort of sexual activity to be freaking out like this. I know you say you're a virgin, but you sound like one of those girls... "I was jerking him off, he came on my leg, could i be pregnant?"

These are all normal variances, usually brought on by panic and/or stress.

my gf experiences this often prior to or even during her period. it's relatively normal due to hormones and what not
