but my thighs not so much.
Can anyone tell me how to lose thigh fat.
according to my research that is the first place you'll gain fat and the last place you'll lose, you can't spot treat it so you'll still have to work out your whole body until that fat storage is reached and used up. I would suggest weight lifting with a focus on lower body, the more muscle you build, the more fat you'll burn.
You can't spot reduce, you can only lose weight. Also, as you get older fat goes to the butt. It's just one of those women things. What you might want to do instead of lose weight is to tone those areas by exercises like squats and stuff.
It also could just be the most recent place you gained weight. The most recent place you gain weight is the first to come off.
Start walking a lot or run. Go to the gym and workout your legs and cut wayback on the carbs and junk food you will drop weight and your legs will look Awesome
You can't spot reduce fat. You're going to have to just lose and eventually it goes away. You can tone them however.
