To be honest, losing fat is for 70% determined by your diet and for 30% by working out. Try eating healthier first. No snacks, no sweets, no crisps, no chocolate and such. And try jogging about 3x 20 minutes a week. That would help immensely. Later you could increase your jogging time and such.
ALSO do remember. Make a schedule of what you're going to eat. You need to at least eat more calories on 1 day in the week than all other days, so your body doesn't adapt to your new lifestyle. This way you will continue to lose fat. If you eat the same amount of calories everyday, your body adapts to that.

For a guy, the more muscle we have on our body the higher our resting metabolism is going to be which keeps us in shape without having to do much sides watch our meal portions and the types of food we eat.
Eat edamame / soy beans for protein - they are cheap and high in protein and low in fat and calories. They also contain all the amino acids that you need to build muscle so you can use it as a substitute for meat. If you cut out grains completely you can also lose a lot of weight depending on your metabolic needs. People with insulin resistance problems can usually lose a lot of weight by doing that. My friend lost 60 pounds by cutting rice out of his diet and rice is one of the "better" grains - the major demon is bread which can make almost anybody fat.
Getting in shape without putting any real effort in at all? Have you tried liposuction? Because that's the only way a copout is going to lose weight and get in shape.

I drink two glasses of lemon water after every meal and when I get up in the morning. It helps to lose weight and I my appetite goes away when I drink it.
I also eat yougurt as a meal. And in a day I eat only one meal that is not yougurt. If you do this two things you can lose at the minimum 1kg per week.
If you do only the first one you will lose up to 1 kg per week, which is safe. You cannot lose fat, while not going to the gym and not lose muscle at the same time. You will have to cut your caloric intake and/or engage in cardio, the best of which is HIIT.
Find something you can do pull ups on and do bodyweight exercises. Also do some jogging in you're neighbourhood.
