I started weight watchers about 5 weeks ago. I was losing like 1.5lbs a week until this week I lost 4. It told me I am losing weight too fast and need to slow down. I have no idea why this would be too fast if it equals to 12lbs in 5 weeks. Also since I am a fairly big person I thought it was normal to lose wieght more rapidly in the beginning?
Your fine, (as long as you dont have any health problems or anything) but yeah, your good. Those first couple of weeks will be like that, you'll lose a lot of weight easily cause your bodies not use to the change up. I imagine you'll start slowing down soon. If you want to keep your weight loss high and intense like that, change up your routines every few weeks. Itll give you maximum weight loss

Maybe or maybe not but if I were you I would go to a doctor just to make sure there isn't wrong.
