Competitive swimmers I have a problem with my swimming cap, help?

Okay so I've joined a swimming team around a month ago. We all have to wear the same cap which I think is made of latex. After a month though I started to get little zits, nearly invisible yet really annoying, on my forehead. I think I have allergies but I have no idea what to do. Do you have any idea how I can prevent this? Thanks for your help! Oh and I'm 16 if it's of any help.

I used to swim in HS, but never wore a cap unless at a meet. I'm not sure if you're allergic to the latex, but I'm pretty sure they make swimming caps that aren't latex, not sure what the material is. If you're not allergic to the latex then I would guess it's just the cap being against your head and all the oils and dirt from your face is being kept in thus making zits. If it was an allergy problem I think it would be much worse than was it already is.
