Is it possible if I do a whole heap of squats in one day would I already see good changes in my bum?

I want to make my bum look heaps good asap, so today I am starting to do leg exercises and bum exercises. Is it possible to do a heap of squats in one day and be able to see changes? If so, how many would I need to do to see changes?
