I was reading articles that said it was...

Read this.
It says that stayed on track with diet and exercise and still started to gain the weight back.
There are certain conditions that could make it very difficult for a person to lose weight. However, most do not fall into that category. Making life changes is all that most people need. Eating healthy and in moderation and having a more active lifestyle is all that most people need. Changing one's behavior is a very difficult thing to do though. Many people use food similar as how an addict does a drug. It fills a void and makes them feel better. Like drugs, food should not be used to solve a person's problems... because they never solve anything.
It's somewhat true, specially when you get older and your metabolism slows down.
Doesn't that make sense?
You can work really hard, get to your ideal body shape, and then plop your ass on the couch because you FINALLY look how you want to and then two weeks later uh-oh! You've gained 3 pounds. No big deal. You'll work out later. Then it's 3 months later and you're back at square 1.
This is what happens when you eat things. You can't just reach a fitness level and magically stay there.
Well things happen in life. Hormones, growth, aging, kids, slowing of metabolism. Your never going to stay the same weight your whole life. But you can still stay healthy and trim. As you get older it becomes more work hut it's definitely possible

I call Bull crap on that one.
just over a year and a half ago I weighed 170 now I'm just over 145 and have been like that for several months. I just took control over how often I ate and it helps to have a job where I'm on my feet quite often.
it's going to be a bit tough this winter as I lost a lot of hours so I'm not burning energy like I was, so I'll have to be careful not to gain too much weight.
Unless you have a pretty fast metabolism that can keep it off. If not if your dedicated workout out and eat healthy then it would keep of but might go up and down a bit
Yeah, it's could eating healthy and organic forever. So super easy.
