Do girls usually like bigger guys?

I'm 20 years old and weigh about 240 lbs. I'm 6'3". I'm currently majoring in Early Childhood Education and am great with kids! I'm a funny guy, compassionate, and try to be nice to everyone. So, I just don't understand why girls aren't really into me. I've never had a GF. There is a girl I like in my Early Childhood Education class but I don't know if she likes me or not (I doubt it) and wether or not she has a BF. So, can anyone give me some insight as to if girls tend to like bigger guys? by the way I'm into like the more athletic type of girls. Just saying

I've always liked Ed Sheeran, for his talent, personality, but I also like his body type. He's slammed a lot for being "chunky" but he doesn't care.

I mean, I'll appreciate a genuine gentleman's body type (except really obese) regardless. But personally, I've never really been into the six-packers or whatever. I prefer guys about 20-50 lbs overweight, depending on height. But that's just my preference.

No, I'm not attracted to "big" guys. I hold my SO to the same standard I hold myself. If I'm in shape, eat right, and work out, I'd expect him to at least have a decent. That is how MOST girls will feel about it. I don't understand how you could be overweight, but expect the girls you date to be in great shape. Maybe that's why you've had bad luck dating. Either lower your standards or take better care of your body. Also, unless you have a medical condition, the excuse abou being "naturally bigger" is a bullshit substitute for lacking self control.

Please don't kid yourself. At that weight you are definitely obese, not 'built big'. And do you have a serious medical condition? Do you eat properly or eat junk food? Do you exercise? What's your excuse for being overweight? Can you run a mile without being out of breathe? Can you play a game of tennis or vollyball for an hour without a problem? Because I'm athletic and I would definitely expect my boyfriend to be able to do those things with me.
