My worst injury was a broken wrist, back in 2008. It took more than 6 months to heal. At certain points, I was even told by the doc that due to the nature of the injury (it was a small bone between my plam and wrist), my wrist may need to be fused and there would be no movement after that. It was so damn scary, but thankfully the injury healed.
Apart from that, I've had surgery in my childhood to remove an extra finger from my right hand, and one more in my teens to cut off an awkwardly grown bone in my nose.

I'm pretty sure I fractured my nose two years ago, but I never went to the doctor. I just heard a loud crack followed by buckets of blood dripping down. It hurt, but as soon as I got past the initial pain of it I started cracking up because my friends were all freaking out, I told them to take a picture... then we went to the movies. That's pretty much it, have never been seriously injured thankfully.
I'll do it in order
Left wrist
Middle finger
Tail bone
Fractured right foot (not my fault)
Right wrist
Two stitches on left side of fore head near eyebrow/hairline
Split my chin open
Surgery in the middle of rib cage when I was 1 week old
Yep that's a lot.

My worst injury was when I had an accident, I was driving my scooter at around 60 km/hr, and a dog came in my way, he just crossed the road so fast, I had no time to apply brakes and I went around him, i fell due to skidding, My cheekbone had suffered a hairline fracture, it was all scratched, my right elbow had a hairline fracture and both my knees and feet were full of blood. I had to lay in bed for almost a week and a half. Although there were no plasters, those fractures pained like hell.
I've never broken anything, but I got a concussion when I was 14. I got knocked the fuck out while snow boarding into a pole allegedly. I just to pain medication for a week. I got debilitating migraines for a while, but not anymore. No, I don't mind pain. I'm always getting hurt or bleeding out in one way or another.
