Weight issue..

Alright so I've been running daily for about 3wks now.

I have seen physical changes..I am 5'2 and weigh about 190 and the 190 is about the same weight if not less then what my starting weight was.Why hasn't my weight gone down on the scales?I know it's not healthy for me to way that much but yeah my size 9/10 are starting to fit but my weight number doesn't go down...Oh and I need help with my stomach what can I do to get to go down or be gone?

Sounds like everyone has amazing ideas thanx=]...but how many reps of sit ups and crunches and other exercise would you all recommend for the abdominal area?.The good things I guess too is that I don't really seem like I would way that much.

Alright everyone just wanted to update so I'm down to 184.5lbs I'm happy my calorie in take did make a big difference!.I'm sticking it at,at least 1,600 and I not eat anything after 6 unless its healthy I am working out still and I just love how's its goi
