Could take about 1-2 months, but it really depends on giving your body the right amount of calories for the amount of energy you are using. IF you're working out that heavily and eating only 1500 calories diet, you'll won't lose a pound because you're body wants to keep the calories (energy) to keep you alive. You'll probably need to eat a 2200-2400 calories of eating clean. Lets say if you have a sedentary lifestyle, then the 1500-1600 is enough to lose weight. Its about balance.
Then we have to consider if you're metabolism is good. I have hypothyroidism, so without proper eating or medication my weight can pile on quickly.

Anyway from 2 weeks to 1 year - it depends on your metabolism.
Eating clean is not enough info, clean does not indicate calories in and runx6 doesn not indicate calories burnt (neither does train x3). figure out how many cals you burn and what you eat/drink in a day, plus extra activities like walking, etc. Then, someone can tell you how long it may take to lose X amount of weight.
I dont know, Id really have to see EXACTLY what you are doing and eating. worked out 3x a day and ate only 2 times a day (wheaties and chicken breast) and lost 21 lbs in 4 days. It just depends on how hard you're working and what you put in your body.

With careful calorie counting about 6 weeks. You can lose about 1-2 lbs of fat per week.
You might find this unhelpful but if you are trying to loose the weight, cut back in the weight room. Muscle ways more than fat!
Realistically you should lose a pound a week. So 10 weeks.
hey i like your height and current weight :-)
