Any doctors out there?

I have been seeing flashing lights whenever I close my eyes. Its been going on for im going to say a month. It makes it difficult to fall asleep so when I actually do I end up sleeping up to 12 hours because it takes the pain away. When im awake it's there as well almost like a constant migraine... I was diagnosed with a brain AVM last year and had a stroke last November so im on tons of medication. Im 18 and a female. I would like to know if this is something I should be worried about and have my mom take me to the hospital sooner rather than later or if there's an easy fix for it.

Hey Susan,
I am 26yrs old. I'm from NYC, my avm is about 3.5-4 cm
My symptoms are constant headaches, chronic fatigue, blurred vision..
sometimes see flashing lights. I 'm haven't had treatment yet... I just had
my 3rd opinion appointment... I'm planning to have tx done in feb of next yr
