Because of my car breaking i have to walk 1 mile everyday which id never do.. Each time i walk the mile my heart beats really fast and i sweat alot.. Hopefully this helps with me not wanting to exercise.. Thing is i dont eat that much
I run 4 miles every morning, walking a mile is a very very good start but after a while your body will become accustomed to that distance so you have to increase in distance and maybe jog on and off after work, if you want real results. wish you the best.
