If the added size on your legs comes purely from muscle and there's absolutely NO fat, then there's nothing you can do while keeping at your sport. You can't "burn away" muscle. Not safely anyway.
Learn to love yourself as you are. I can pretty much guarantee no guy will say it's an unattractive feature.

There is no exercise that you can do to make yourself get smaller (unless your legs are just fat). If you want to stop getting muscle on your legs, work out your arms. Try rowing, or swimming.

I do a lot of running and it doesn't really bulk up my legs, just adds definition. It tends to build lean muscle.
Such an exercise routine exists, but you would need to speak with a personal trainer. I have read about how Hollywood actresses do specific exercises to get thinner thighs and calves.
sit on your ass, muscle naturally go's away if they aren't being used just sit ups and arm work outs
