Dear Lady,
When one eats anything, the process of digesting food does require some energy and can leave one feeling a bit tired for a little while. This response is from the 'parasympathetic' nervous system and is basically trying to tell your body to slow down so it can try and digest the food you've just consumed. If you mean all day after eating though, maybe you do need to sleep a bit more because everyone's energy/sleep needs are different, 8 hours is just what is reccomended.

some people need more sleep, some need less. does it bother you? i mean you could just not go to sleep after breakfast, if it bothered you so much.
