Do you have weird sleeping habits?

As for me, I can't sleep in a pitch dark room. I need at least a little dim light. 

I grind my teeth sometimes while sleeping and produce little sounds sometimes. kinda like suffocated breathing sounds. I don't notice that because I am, of course, sleeping, but my parents noticed it. My friend always teases me by saying that I will be kicked out of the bedroom on my wedding night lol. Maybe I can attribute it to my allergy though. 

Do you guys have any weird sleeping habbits too?

I just sleep weird hours sometimes. Many nights I just can't sleep, so I just get up and either study, do homework (normally ahead of the rest of the classes) or read and reread chapters in the assigned text. Sometimes I'll take a nap after school, normally not I only need about 5 hours sleep to recharge. I've always been like that, used to drive my Mom nuts, finally a Dr. told her that she (me) knows when she needs to sleep; so Mom would set me up with something productive to do then she would go to bed. I have always been a very compliant child so she could do that and they wouldn't have to worry, at first they would sneak in and check on me. Then after they figured I wasn't going to do anything other than they told me to do they slept on.

Younger brother is very much a "normal" sleeper if he doesn't get 8 hours sleep he can't function. He'd always ask why he couldn't do that too. Our Dad would always just tell him "No, you'd burn the house down!" Probably would be is very much the Wild Child, needs Adult Supervision.

The only thing weird about my sleeping habits is that I'm able to sleep almost anytime, anywhere, whether there's noise, light, quiet, darkness, other people around, etc... I'm a sleeping machine. Can't take quick naps, if I lie down it's for good and I'll be out for hours. The hypochondriac in me is convinced I have hypersomnia.

Not habits just the way I sleep. I sleep lightly, if there is the slightest movement in the house or let alone the room I am in, I will awaken, not in a sleepy state but in a full combat mind frame. I have over time learnt to lessen my state of mind from combat to just combat readiness. I'm yet to figure out how to just wake up like a normal person. I do not dream, I do not go into deep sleep. I can sleep anywhere and within 120 seconds if I have to. It is a bad way to live and a worse way to go through life, but I am working on it. And before you ask the cause of this it is due to my occupation and life experiences...

for me when i sleep i need the place to be too quiet and no light any small sound can wake me up for example if you opened the door or a dog barked from across the house ite enough to wake me up.. once i had to travel from dubai to the states for 21 hours i couldnt sleep 5 min.. its ok to cover my whole body just my feet need to be out i mean it burns like a bitch

I like to sleep with my blanket covering my whole head. I feel like when I exhale it keeps my face warm, and I'm less likely to wake up from a dry sore throat. Besides that every once in a blue moon I'll have really vivid dreams and act them out.
For example, I had a dream that I was in a dressing room and my mom kept annoying me from the outside. I got really annoyed and yelled "Shut up mom!" I woke up dazed and confused.

1. I need to have a manuscript book next to me in case I wake up in the middle of the night to write a new melody from hell.
2. Even if I am properly positioned when I start sleeping my head will be at the leg space when I wake up.
3. Sometimes I will sleepwalk and I end up in my older brother's or twin brother's room.
4. I can climb ladders when I sleepwalk.

Ever since dating my ex, I can't sleep unless I have netflix or YouTube playing. He did three tours in Afghanistan and needed noise to sleep. I got used to it since I spent almost every other day at his place and three years later its still the same. I tried not having anything on and I had the WEIRDEST dreams. Some became borderline nightmares.

I talk to myself before I go to sleep. I used to also wake up in weird positions, like half of my body is off the bed or waking up upside down. I've also fallen asleep with my earbuds in when I just wanted to listen to music and fell asleep to the calming sounds in my ears.

Probably not weird habits. I am just a very light sleeper. I can never stay asleep the entire night. I wake up from the quietest sounds. I rarely get a good night sleep.

I can usually only sleep well if its raining outside, the rest of the time i can't fall asleep till around 4 am, another is i inhale exhale very deeply.

My best friend told me the same thing! That I make noises like that and also I kinda sleep with my eyes a little bit open which freaked her out on more than one occasion lol... OMG EWW like who fucking does that.. fml -_-

Certain doors have to be closed/open. The mirror has to be facing away from me so I can't see it. I have to have a night light of someone on.  I swear loudly in my sleep.

force yourself to bed at midnight or later and then keep doing it get up at the same time every day even on weekends, and go to bed at the same time.

I sleep in a fetal position with a body pillow in between with a down comforter over me :) I guess you can call it weird, I could never get out of that habit when I was a baby
