You can just:
1-use tradmills, bicycle, or just run regularly 2 or 3 miles everyday.
2-drink just water, low fat milk, almond milk. And avoid sugar.
3-Eat something that doesn't have fat, high calories.
Keep doing for a week and you may lose between (3 to 8 lbs) well it depends on how intense you exercise. it isn't hard to follow if you ask me.

If you are talking about a few pounds, he won't notice anyway. If the guy likes you a lot only a big weight gain would make him bothered. Just relax and enjoy his company, be calm and happy and all will be wonderful. Seriously.

Loosing a lot of weight in one week is not healthy. Your bf will still like you! Try to exercise everyday and eat mostly fruits, vegetables and fiber.
