I'm such an athletic person, i play 4 sports even if I'm heavier I was always one of the best players on competitive teams (aa)... this summer i broke my ankle playing rugby and gained +10 pounds... i've always loved cross fit and going to the gym, but now I'm just too embarrassed and not motivated to go because I'm not in the shape I was before my injury... and I'm so miserable i don't know what to do :(

I usually look in the mirror and say to myself "get of your ass! Do you really wanna be a fat fuck for the rest of your life?" :-D
Make yourself go! if you can't do it by yourself , drag a friend along :) just imagine the shape you'll be in once you start going to the gym again :D
