Search on the internet for foods that contain calcium and vitamin D (milk, dairy products, liver, cod liver oil, etc.) Also, do a lot of pullups and stretching exercises.

being short is awesome and short people are less likely to be hit by lightning and get spiderwebs in their face.eat diary products because they contain calcium and avoid caffeine and sugar
