Well, I had been a big-sized kid since I was 9 years old. And now I'm 65KG, and I know I need and WANT to lose weight. So I've started running in the park with my bro yesterday night for 25 minutes. It was a 1.2 KM run I believe, well actually it was 2.4KM, but I'm tired after running for just 3 minutes, so I walked back halfway, and my bro kept running alone. I couldn't go out alone at night, so if my bro decides not to go running, I can't go either. Today, my bro had ran 8 rounds in school, so he decided not to go running. And being a girl, I am not allowed to go out alone at night (+ there is almost NO people at night), so I tried to exercise at home. I feel ashamed of my family caught me exercising, so I try to do it secretly in my room when I'm alone. Today I did 20 squats, 10 pushups (fails), 40 jumpings, and 20 seconds of leaning on a wall while in a sitting position. I hope that'll make up for not being able to run today. I also didn't eat my dinner ( because I was truly not hungry, not because I'm trying to lose weight), is there any advise for me to lose weight? Please answer me>.< I really want to be slim again, and I noticed 90% of people like slim people rather than people like me (>.< even for my crush...) so I 'd like to do my best and become slim and healthy again! Please tell me of any tips or things I need to take note of.
