Will drinking water a lot help me lose weight?

So, I really want to be healthier and loose tummy fat, and thighs,
but its holiday season, so I will be less active.
Anyway, I'm feeling lazy too.
So I'm cutting out on most sweetened preserved stuff.
But somehow I'm feeling more tired&lazy:-\
So, I'm drinking loads of water,
don't know if that can help in some way?

I need advice
&don't tell me to do crunches, cause I can't even do one๐Ÿ˜‚
