Eat healthily get rest and exsrcuse. If you gain weight naturally that's healthy. Don't go out of your way to gain weight for someone else. It's your body. He's just a guy. Your body is with you for life.

Well if you already eat healthy, then I suggest just trying larger portions. So instead of a small plate of food, try a larger plate. Also more frequent snacking (with healthy food of course)
Eat foods that contain estrogen.
Steadily increase the amount of complex carbs you consume (bananas, apples, oatmeal, etc)
Estrogen helps spread fat to the boobs, hips, and butt instead of letting it stockpile in the stomach.
EAT LOTS OF NUTS , they give u huge amount of calories, also WORKOUT and train with heavy weight i swear u will thank mr later, also add olive oil to meals -> lots of calories, eat lots of bread rtc..
