Girls- thoughts on strongman/ lineman build?

This is the build I would like to be. I know the opinion on bodybuilders and excessive muscle but I'm wondering what girls think about this look. Extremely strong, fairly fit but with some fat. I'm big boned and gain muscle very easy, I could definitely look close to this. I'm 5'8, about 240 right now but am aiming for 200, with more muscle than I have right now. The guy in the picture is 6'2 340 for some perspective.

They'll tell you it doesn't matter as long as his personality is awesome.
They'll say they like the effort they put into themselves.
They'll say he could probably lose some weight.

The people they look at or for in reality, are a little better off than him.

Actually you'd get a partner. A lot of women do like this build. A lot of people have this build and are married and successfully breed; it is a major population of the manual labor section along with lithe and muscular.
