In my opinion even though you want to lose weight, I would say give the body what it wants and eat.
Your doing the main thing which is exercising so you're going to get healthy.
Once you have been exercising every day for a few weeks you can then start to think about eating lower calories and adapting your diet.
There is no point go straight in and dieting and training straight away as you might give up as its to much in one go.
Just train every day for a week or two and then get your eating right. :)

Because you are burning calories. So your body is asking you to replenish them. The key is to fill yourself with low calorie options, and small portions. Make sure you're drinking enough water, getting enough protein, etc.
