Will you get sick on the long term if you eat skipping a day?

Say I eat food on Monday, then on Wednesday and then Friday , etc. I wouldn't be eating anything on Tuesdays or Thursdays BUT I would drink tons of milk. Will I end up getting sick?
What else can I drink instead of having to eating stuff? Do you know any brand of supplements or vitamins that actually do work?

(I don't have an eating disorder, I just don't like the process of eating because having food moving around in my mouth grosses me out, the texture is disgusting. I'm in a healthy way because I force myself to eat but I don't want to do it anymore.)

For some reason I never thought about smoothies jfc what an idiot. I thought the only solution was forcing myself to eat. I mean I wouldn't have been able to just drink smoothies anyways because my family didn't know about this thing but still lol.

But I will drink them now!
