no! dont take a laxative! dont try to vomit either! its bad for your esophagus and besides, vomiting and having diarrhea sucks anyway, dont punish yourself., it was one time. just work out a lot and im sure you can work of that food! dont do anything so drastic as puking etc. as that can lead to bad habits like bulimia its better just to exercise and maybe cut down on calories today

Drink lots of water and stick to healthier eating. And workout to burn off some of the sugary foods and might help metabolism/digestion.
Side note: meat is good for you
