Body weight exercises push ups, squats, plank, tricep dips, crunches, etc. Eat healthy and don't skip on meals. And drink plenty of water. Building muscle will help get rid of fat. When it warms up maybe start walking/running then. But there's tons of body weight workouts, google, Pinterest, YouTube are all awesome sources.
