How can I start a workout plan?

Hey guys, so Im going to start Working out, but I have no clue how to start. I dont have access to a gym, and have no weights. So I was also wondering what exercises I can do without weights. Also, I would like to loose some fat, but also gain some muscle while doing so. I would also appreciate any eating tips too. I dont even know where to start on that. Oh, and I can't really run outside on a lot of days. Its been in the negatives for weeks now. Thanks so much for any answers.
