Starting to exercise, workouts and motivation?

I'm going to start exercising regularly this summer ( 2 months, 5 times a week) I could start now but I have too much pressure from school. Anyways, I really don't know what workouts to start with my plan is to gain at least 5 pounds of muscle because I'm 5 ft 7 and 131 pounds. I also want to lose 5 pounds of fat I don't know if that makes sense but yeah my goal is to get toned and lose fat everywhere especially my stomach, thighs, calves and face. My motivation is Serena William's body and I look at that daily to remind myself is that a good idea?
