You don't need to worry too much about what you eat this stage. You just need to make sure you eat foods which will be able to fuel your training. Any sort of carbohydrate and protein rich foods will do at this point.
If you want to burn fat, I should first let you know that there's no such thing as 'spot fat removal' meaning that although you specifically want to lose fat in certain areas, you can't do that. The only thing you can do is burn fat around you body overall and fat would eventually reach the areas you want.
Ok, the best way to burn fat is to do intensive interval training. Specifically, you work your body very hard for very short burst of time. I suggest you find a continuous exercise (where you are on your feet) that you can do for 30 seconds and do that like 5-8 times with 30 seconds to 1 minute breaks in between. Each interval training session should take no more that 30 minutes (most of the time spent with be the breaks really).
I highly recommend you do sprints as your exercise of choice but you can do something like jumping jacks if it's easier for you. Don't worry about how fast or how much you do in each 30 seconds because you will get better with time. Just make you are working your hardest each interval.
Do this and you burn so fat quickly and you will build some muscle and tone a lot as a bonus.
If you want exercises to tone your muscles, I suggest doing squats (thighs), sit-ups (stomach) and push ups (arms). For calves, you don't have worry so much about because running should work them out a lot. You should start with small repititions and increase the workload when you find that the amount of repetitions you're doing is easy.
You will find that you will become more hungry and your appetite will grow. Don't worry and just eat more if you need. Your metabolism will improve so you will then realise that your body will burn off the fat quicker than before.
Good luck!
