How much could a face change with 20 pounds dropped?

I use to be 180 pounds. Now I'm 5'4. My face changed a lot
But would 20 pounds make a difference too?
Do people with high cheekbones look better skinner?

I fluctuate five pounds up and down all the time!! When I gain weight it's in my bum.. So when I loose it my jeans just give my butt breathing room lol
