So last week I decided that I really have to start getting fit and feeling good about myself. I'm not overly fat, I am 5'6 and weigh 135lbs but it's fat not muscle. I'm not really worried about the number I weight but I would like to tone my legs and arms plus lose the love handles.
But I have the work out I will be using but it's for someone who works out every day. So I tweaked it a little, I am starting with just doing 5 of each exercise every day for a week and every week I add 5 more. So like squats for example I will 5 every day this week and next week I add 5 more, same for the week after that.
Will this work? I will be doing it till May for summer and will hopefully keep it up after that. But if I keep adding 5 will I see results?
