Nightmares, anyone?

So, as of recently.. (November to Now)
I've being having weird dreams and nightmares.
I dream of snapchatting/texting people..
Like it'd be something bad, like we're arguing and it'd end bad for me. They'd do something bad to upset me.
This has has happened many times. Sometimes 2/3 times a night. I'd keep waking up and checking where my phone was, only to see it charging on my desk..

Then, like 3 weeks ago.. I was having a nightmare.
I have no idea what it was.. All I remember was waking up and shouting 'Noooooo!' like loudly as fuck. My dad had already left for work, my Mum was downstairs and my bro was asleep. (He sleeps through anything). It was like 4am.. I have no idea what the nightmare was.. It must have been pretty bad for me to do that.

People have always told me I sleep talk and argue with myself when I sleep. But nothing like that.

And like 4 days ago I had a dream my dog died. It was horrible. I thought it was real, and I kept trying to wake up.
When I finally awoken I checked to see if she was still there.. And of course, she was.

Does anyone else get weird nightmares/dreams?

I don't get nightmares but I get sweetdreams though hahaha ;D. Im not promoting the use of tobacco but I chew a bit of skoal and leave it on my mouth while I go to sleep. I can stomach the spit, but the effects are a bliss. Sometimes I get the same sweetdream of a family reunion picnic, falling asleep under a shaded tree then I wake back to reality.

Most of my dreams are weird, but I don't consider them nightmares and I do like them. It's thrilling sometimes.

Nightmares are simply from an anxious and unsettled mind. What occurs in a dream has no meaning except the meaning we attatch to them. But it's just your mind running free and exploring everything it's ever processed.

I have a lot of vivid dreams and more nightmares than most. I need to move my dream catcher. It sucks, usually have to take a moment and calm myself down.

I sometimes have bad dreams were my leg will twitch one time in my sleep and sometimes when I have bad dreams i end up waking up and I freek out were ill look around my room and then I go back to sleep and sometimes I get bad dreams were I sometimes talk in my sleep

I used to have nightmares about dinosours when I was younger! my mum's a counsellor and she did 'emdr' or something on me, haven't had them since hahahah wtf..

Yeah. My nightmares are scary.. Nd almost real.. Too real smtimes... But I don't scream. Just fall off my bed nd I wake up...(ouch it always hurts!!)
